A Picture A Day

Today's picture is simple. I was sitting on the couch last-night as the sun went down and the light and shadowing from the window was amazing. So I summoned my old fart of a friend camera to capture the radiance. Luckily it decided to work for me! (It must have heard I'm saving for a new one >.>)

This photo made me think of the simple things that get people excited. Like, how amazing of a time you can have just laying on the grass and watching the clouds move or seeing the sun go down. Its incredible. So tell me, what little simple thing warms you up inside?

Poor Little Camera

The camera I have been working with for the past three years is starting to show its age. I can still take photos but sometimes the image on the screen turn neon green and pitch black, like a negative almost. So I'm trying my best to save up money for this beauty:

 

Ain't it purdy? Haha. I've been working with a slim $30 camera I got for my 16th birthday from my dad. It was a good little camera, but it's time for it to retire. And it will be a pain trying to learn all the new fangledangle the Canon Rebel XT is hooked with. Well worth it though, well worth it.
